Now that you read about my day in Palma de Mallorca in Part I, it’s time to move on and tell you about a day trip to Sóller on Day 2 and discovering my neighbourhood Cala Mayor with its hidden gems on Day 3.  Day 2 – Sóller Before I left for Mallorca a colleague of mine told me that I have to take a vintage train from Palma to Sóller. New York: My 5 Top Experiences (Part I)

Those of you who have read my “Marie Claire” article on New York, will know that my introverted self used to not like it. It was just too harsh, too brash, too loud for me. Yet, a job took me to New York almost 10 years ago and I spent two marvellous months living in Manhattan. I moved around the world since then but occasional business trips take me across the pond. And I get to fall in love with Big Apple over and over again. Turkey Mince Stuffed Peppers

Ever since I was a child, my Mum used to make stuffed bell peppers and they were always so tasty. As I grew up they became a favorite in my own family. I always cook my stuffed peppers in soupy sauce, instead of baking them in the oven as one would often find in recipes. They come out delicious and succulent, saturated by the tomato sauce and meat juices.  Rather than using beef mince, this time I made them with turkey mince and they came out beautiful. So, today I am sharing one of my favorite recipes that is super easy and quick to make, yet filling and healthy.    INGREDIENTS 6 bell peppers…

Yesterday, I came across Harper’s Bazaar (HB) edit “10 Items Every Fashion Editor Takes on Holiday” and I thought to myself:  “Well, I just came from Bali, I wonder how did I do against the list?”. Funny enough, I had every item they recommended for a chic holiday wardrobe. However, unlike designer pieces HB featured, my holiday collection was very affordable. Let me show you how by bringing few key pieces from the HB list that you can mix and match you can achieve a variety of casual and dressy looks.    1. The Perfect Day Dress My perfect day dress came in a form of an H&M embroidered summer tunic. It fits…
