Designer Sweatshirt Collection Launched for Westfield’s 5th Anniversary
I rarely get excited about designer collaborations with high-street shops and those created for a certain cause. This time was exception! First of all, I had to embrace this season’s hottest trend – a cool sweatshirt. Second, as a humanitarian at heart, I was happy that ALL proceeds from this collection’s sale go to Save the Children. Westfield London, London’s great shopping centre, teamed up with five talented designers, Louise Gray, Richard Nicoll, Sophia Webster, Thomas Tait and my beloved Peter Pilotto, to create 5 one of a kind sweatshirts to celebrate its 5th anniversary in style. Celebrated Illustrator Brings Prints to GLOSSYBOX
I was invited to an exclusive press launch of September GLOSSYBOX designed by Maggie Li, a talented London-based illustrator who has worked with OKIDO, TimeOut, Google, WIRED, Reader’s Digest, Conde Nast and SOHO House Group among many. (Originally published on www.agimag.com) While some guests were sipping bubbly and snacking on custom made macaroons, others were getting their manicure done in the shades and designs matching Maggie’s box in the shades of peach pink, crème, and blue.
