If you are a chocolate addict like me, you will love this recipe of sweet potatoe and chocolate brownies I made yesterday! I first discovered this recipe thanks to Joe Wicks (aka the Body Coach); however, I slightly changed the recipe by adding walnuts and dropping orange zest that he recommends. These brownies, which are healthier than the traditional flour-based version, have simply gorgeous texture and taste.
